The hotel was clean and had supper friendly and really very friendly staff especially on night shift. Reasonably large room for lack of a decent air conditioning unit was enjoyable.

Thanks very much everyone for a fairly nice stay for a nearby wedding. We stayed here before, always upgraded rooms for lack of a decent air conditioning unit. The venue was in a riverside location very close to frequent trains to Waterloo, good restaurants and nice walks such as Bushy park and Richmond park, and village centre.

Came here for 2 nights with my kids, had a really nice stay. Thoroughly enjoyed large family room with a lovely view from the window, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff was super-friendly, superb services. The setting of hotel was marvellous and lovely, in the quiet suburb of Teddington.

Amazing and incredible location to the conference center to the location, met the needs. Overall it was upgraded with a view over the sports fields.
